Professional Continuing Education Units (CEU) Workshop Request Form
California Health Advocates offers CEU credits for four of its workshops: Medicare: An Overview; Understanding Long Term Care Insurance: An Overview; Supplementing Medicare; and Medicare Part D: An Overview. These CEUs are available to Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrators, Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and people with a Masters in Social Work (MSW). California Health Advocates is an approved Continuing Education Units (CEU) Provider by:
- California Health and Human Services Agency (#1000 713 7402) for RCFE Administrators; and
- Board of Behavioral Sciences (#PCE 3932) for MFTs, LCSWs, and people with MSWs.
To receive CEU credits from one of the four workshops, payment of $30 (3 CEUs) is due at workshop check-in, cash or check only.
California Health Advocates also offers these CEU trainings specifically for providers requiring CEU credits. These workshops are held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at California Health Advocates, 5380 Elvas Avenue, 2nd Floor, Conference Room A, Sacramento, CA 95819 (Google map).
